What should i use for the water in my hospitality tank, all i have is spring water that i can mix or the water currently in my infected tank(ich). If i use the spring water, it won't be cycled, is this ok, anyone who knows the answer, can you respond as fast as you can, i want to save my fish. Thank you.

If the water in your main tank is good quality [aside from the ick] then do use it in your hospital tank. Once you begin the hyposalinity treatment you will simply be removing the salt water and replacing it with fresh. The contamination does not matter, because your fish and the water will be undergoing the treatment.
