i cant get super-glue gell to stick my rock that is attached to my blue ricordea mushroom. i have tried time and time again and no luck  and i was wondering if i could use a small dot of hot glue that was hardly warmed up at all so it wouldn't hurt the mushroom. any suestions wouldbe very helpfull, thanks.

no no no. even a little heat could damage the shroom. Remember marine life is very temperature sensitive. "hardly warmed up" hot glue will probably still be over 100 degrees, which is well outside the shrooms tolerances.
Lay the shroom down on your sandbed for a few days and it will attach itself to some sand. Once it does that then you can glue the sand to wherever in your tank you would like to place the shroom.

The sand trick works well.I've put a shroom in a small ziploc disposable container(brand new, never washed).Put some sand in that and put it on top of your liverock in the tank for a few days and then you have some thing to work with to glue to your rock.
Let us know your results, good luck-Pete
