I just got a AquaC Remora Pro with a Mag 3 skimmer. I was so worried about micro bubbles today, I didn't realize it made my tank go up to 84 degrees!!!! I have my air conditioner on and unplugged it 4 hours ago and still 84. How high before it hurts my fish. I am FOWLR.

I have heard of people's tank reaching 89 degrees,but i would flip.Try putting some ice in a ziplock back and floating it in your tank or sump to bring your water back down.It may just be the new pump breaking in that is doing it,but the ice in ziplock works good to bring the temp down some.
