Hey Alyssia, I have hotmail as well and thought there must be a tab on there to do it. (I have never had to change my password) I was wrong. I don't see it either!!!

Wait, I found it!!!!! Scroll to the left, in very small letters it says options/ help. Click on options, it is paralell to the tabs for mail etc. There is a list of things to do, one of them is change password.
