Hello I wonder if it's a good ideal to house a Queen Angelfish in a 180 gallon aquarium, I just upgraded to a 180 gallon acrylic tank from a 100 gallon glass tank and want to house a Queen angelfish once I setup, cycle and allow m tank to mature for 6 months and was told at my LFS that it would be ok to house one in my tank but when I research online I keep seeing for a adult I need to have a 220 gallon tank so I'm asking if anyone has keep one in a tank that wasn't 220 gallons ?

If your 180 is the standard dimensions of 6' x 2' I'd say it should be fine. 220s have the same footprint as 180s they are just taller.

That may be too small for a large angel. Queens get to a foot and a half. I wouldn't put it in a tank less than 6' long.
