A lot of times meds aren't the best thing to use because they are usually not effective and sometimes they can harm inverts. Put the fish in a hospital tank and do hyposalinity. Hypo is lowering the salinity level to where ich can't live. Its the most effective way of getting rid of ich but it must be done in a hospital tank because the inverts can't live in high saline water.
Once the fish is in the hos. tank you slowly lower the salinity to 1.009 over a period of 48 hours. It then must stay at that level for it to be successful. For about 3 weeks you should leave it at that salt level, then you slowly bring the salinity back up the same way you lowered it. You then leave the fish in the hos. tank for another 2 weeks to be sure that the ich is gone and to be sure that the ich has died off in the main tank. Pretty easy and its effective and safe for the fish. You can also give the fish garlic soaked foods, this will help the immune system.
Also you have to hypo both of your fish because even though you can't see any ich on the other fish its probably there.
