I can't believe how blue tubbs blues are. Got these from GrouperGenius today. Can a coral be any bluer? These are the first Tubbs Blues I have ever seen in life and they are in my tank.
Cool huh? Thanks Mark, they are awesome.
So lets see some blue zoanthids and I dare you to get any bluer than what GrouperGenius sent me.

I copied the wrong link at first. I probably won't be fraggin this one I am afraid to say. These are the first Tubbs Blues I have had and kind of a gift so they are here to stay. Maybe if they grow, and grow I might frag them.

They look great Mike. I was worried about the shipping. You'll be surprised at how fast those grow also. That disk was about 8-10 polyps 1 month ago.

GrouperGenius is my favoritist reefer at the moment!
He knows how to hook a hobbiest up. Just about every coral frag I have came from his tank.
But he charges SO MUCH MONEY!!!
....

But it's so worth it... beautiful corals. Yours and mine.

Personally, Mike is mine
.
Wasn't really focused on the zoas, but you can see them off to the left. Have to try for a better picture, although they look bluer in the picture than they do in the tank. Anybody recognize them
? My LFS sold them as blue zoas ~ love him to death, but man is he ignorant about names.

Have your blues opened up? Don't post a pic 'cause Mike will want to trade.

Scopus, hope you can get a better pic. Those look kinda like tubs but hard to tell. What was the main item in the pic? Looks like a goniopora. If its zoas, wanna trade?

Dang! I wish it were zoas, I'd love to trade with you
! Unfortunately it is indeed a red gonipora ~ It was a little tiny frag that I thought was zoas when I first saw it, found out it was a gonipora and thought no way! Finally had to give up and buy it after it doubled in size in the LFS.

Well Scopas Tang, as far as your LFS guy with names... Technically, they are just zoas. All the "names" we add are mostly for hobby recognition.
I gave my LFS owner friend of mine a colony of pink zoas (green center) and we both together thought up a name for them. They ended up being called rainbow sherbet zoas. Totally made up.
So if your LFS guy doesn't name them, that's OK...
GrouperGenius, Yeah they opened up. They are very pretty, but I think I may install an eggcrate shelp up high for things like him.

Don't get me wrong, I understand the issue with common names, I've seen all the different corals he gets when he orders a "flower pot" or a "clove polyp". Its just that he keeps trying to tell us he's ording high end zoas ~ but he doesn't know what it is. How do you know its a high end zoa then
? I've seen the colors on some of these posts, and I've seen what he gets in that he's calling high end, and I ain't seeing the color.
