How am I doing, New to this

I have a 110 gallon tank and I just took out the bio balls. I have 200#s of live rock and 120#s of live sand. I just purchased a Aqua Medic skimmer that has a Rio 2100 for air and a Little Giant PE1 for water input. I placed this in my sump. My Lfs told me to take out the bio balls out and let the live rock do its thing. Am I ok? I just got a clean up crew from Saltwaterfish.com for 119.00 and have 2 domino damesels in there.
My tank has been up for 3 months, and I add live rock a little at a time, then bought 150#s and added at once, about 2 weeks ago. I just added the clean up crew. Am I missing anything?null

Sounds good too me...The only thing I don't understand is why you are using two pumps on your skimmer?????The RIO should be enough by itself..Doesn't the othe one have an air injection setup on it?? The air injection on a rio is not the best.I have had nothing but trouble with mine...
