How are my lights?

I have a 120 gallon. I got one strip of blue and white LEDS and a 4 bulb T-5 (2 blue and 2 white) fixture. Both are Wavepoint brand. My tank is a month and a half along with a few fish that seem to be doing really well. I have a Devils hand, red bubble tip anemone, green trumpets, and some zoanthid polyps. Some of them are a little shriveled and seem "tired". My LFS told me that it is because the tank is new and they are getting used to it but once the tank is further along they said the corals would come along and open up.

Any tips for me? I am new to it all and am looking for any help I can. I believe I am getting about 3 watts per gallon.
