How big do they get??

Just out of curiosity, how large do cleaner shrimp get. My two were small when I got them and are now pushing at least 3 1/2 inches, with a "whisker-span" of 6 inches.
The only gripe I have about them is when I feed my plate corals, I have to guard the corals with a long stick and beat the shrimp away so they don't steal the food.

Sterling, 3 12 inches is very big for cleaners in aquariums, I would say they probalby wont get much larger than that , and I have never seen one larger.

Not to hijack the thread, sterling, but I have too much of a headache to search for the basketstar thread. I read that they called you about him. Any more news?

Opiura, yes, unfortunately, they're having trouble getting it to eat I told them how, what time and everything about it's feeding schedule while I had it.
If it doesn't start eating in the next week I'm going to go pick it back up.
