??? How Big Of A Tank ???

IM just wondering about some fish and tank sizes they need to be in, im planning for the future and was wanting to maybe start an aggressive tank, i was wanting to know what size of tank i would need for a clown trigger fish??? and what other kind of fish could go with a clown trigger???

A clown trigger would need at least a 265, but more closer to 300, in my opinion. They would need to be with other highly aggressive fish.

clown triggers are gorgeous fish, but they are as mean as they come. i don't blame you for wanting one. like lion said, they need a pretty big system, 300+ as they mature. they also don't take kindly to many other inhabitants. i don't know specifically what you can house with them, maybe someone with more aggressive knowledge could tell you.....AW2 maybe. i'd just get a niger.

240GL and up; anything in the 8' length. For tankmates,groupers,big Angels, and aggressive large Tangs.

if you like the clown trigger why not try another tigger so you dont have to get a huge tank

click on som efish that this site sell.. they give decent info on fish.. like tank,size, temperment, and such...
clowns are perdy mean but hot crazy like.. but id house him with my other fav fish

The NGBom, you don't have those fish together, you said on another thread. What happened to them?

it's a 155 BF i had them all for over a year and a half. then i got a powber brown i think.. and dint qt him ( my qt wasnt set up at that time.. i just took it offline afther running 1 year with nothing in it.. ) then the pbt powder brown tang ) started to show ich.. so i start the hypo thing. over 2 weeks i got it down to about 1.14 or somethign close to that.. anyhow every other fish started too look really slugish.. next thing i know the pbt died.. so i took him out.. had to movew rockwork to get to him.. then my tank went too hell... all of them died within 1 month.. i was hurt!!!!! i mean bad.... like $600 gone.. and a long time of care.. anyhow.. 1 week afther i found out what it was that done them in.. my conclushion was they all got internal bacteria infection and died.. i never even thought of it cuzz my sandbed is only 1''in some place and 2'' in other.. non over 4'' ( which bring you into dsb and disturbing of the sabd can release a exploshion of bacteria crashing a tank ) but anyhow.. my tank is still up but kinda bare...
