how can i clean my acrylic tank.

hello, i have a 3 gallon acrylic tank. with corals and a clown goby. everything looks great but for some reason the acrylic tank is getting kinda cloudy. the water is clear. but when you look at the tank it looks cloudy the water. what can i do to get it clean? this is my first acrylic tank so i really dont know what to do. my lfs said to use the mini magnet but idk. should i take out everything and wash it again? please help.

I saw use the mini magnet and clean up the sides. This is how I clean my tank when I quick clean the sides!

But will it help with why my water looks cloudy from the tank? And also my mom told me that the tank was outside for like a year and when I filled it up with water to see how it looks, it had like root things I really don't know how to describe it. I think it better to change to another 3 gallon tank. What do you think?
