How can i get my hands on an eel

hello,
i have been searching everywhere for some kind of moray eel. I have raised it before when i was in america and love them, but here in china i havent seen one no matter i look in stores or on the internet. chinese people only like fish and coral... so i am desprate to get an eel. Is there any way possible at all i can get one sent from america,, maybe hawaii because its close to here, I live in a city only an hour from shanghai with the airport. A snowflake would be great, does anybody have any ideas?
and why is shipping anything in america sooo expensive, you guys who are paying 50 or 60 dollars to ship some fish next day. here in china i had fish shipped from beijing to here by air next day delivery for 3 dollars... and its not because of the standard of living or any of that. something is seriously wrong with americas delivery system... buy a dvd player on ---- or something and you wait a week for the delivery... here in china you never ever wait more than 2 days for anything you order whether its a dvd or a bed. and most things arrive the next day. I see no reason at all for this,, except that somethings wrong with the system in america, seriously inefficient but anyways thats not what i came here to talk about,,,
can somebody give me any ideas how i can get an eel, that would make my tank just perfect
thanks

LOL ... actually I sort of agree. I was building a data center in China a while back and needed power run from the main junction in the back of the factory. All of the walls were 18" poured concrete so we needed some holes drilled. They made one phone call and 2 hours later a guy on a BIKE showed up with a massive wall mounted drill in a little bike trailer. three hours later I had my power. try to get that kind of service in the US.

Holy stuff that is funny. Anything is only worth what the purchaser will pay, there are no rip offs. Our shipping is not messed up, it's agreed upon.
