How Do I Catch Blue Tang for QT

I bought a Blue Hippo Tang from someone on this site along with other fish and livestock. Everything he had looked really good and since I didn't have my QT set up, I went straight to the display tank (my bad). After a week, the Blue Tang began to show signs of Ich. I got my QT set up but couldn't catch him. He began to look really bad and was even hanging near the top of the tank one morning next to the overflow box. I thought that he was dead so I went to get him and he dashed to the bottom.
Desperate, I tried treating with "Prevent Ich". After 6 days of treatment, he looks much better in terms of swimming around, not scratching on rocks, and breathing, but he's still got several white spots. All other fish look great (damsel, maroon clown, & yellow tang).
I don't want to treat any longer with the Prevent Ich and I'm trying to avoid doing hypo on the 110g display. I don't think that I'm that good at it. I tried it before with bad results after a great deal of work.
All of this to ask, how can I catch him and get him in QT?

Unfortunately with ich, you will need to treat this fish as well as all the other fish you have. There is no easy way to catch him. You may be able to move all your rock to one side of the tank and then chase the fish to the empty side. Then slide in a barrier, like egg crate.
