How do I connect a canister filter to a 24g nano cube?

Recently I found a couple different canister filters on ebay that are very cheap and very good. I bought lots of them and have them running in a 55g and a 75g. Those setups were easy but I'm not sure how to put one in a nano cube without drilling holes for the pipes and tubes. I know people definitley use canister filters on their nano cubes to add some filtration I just don't know how they do it. Can you help me?

i dont see the point in adding one. They would just cause more problem than solve in a nano
I just use Chemi pure elite, purigen and Filter floss for mine and never had any problems
