How do i feed an anenome

i have been given an atlantic anenome which is coloured white and mouve but dont know how to or what to feed it.
can anyone advise me

sounds like you have a condy anemone! I feed mine small strips of raw shrimp 2-3x a week. they also require excellent water quality, good water current and a strong amount of lighting to thrive long term in an aquarium. good luck

I agree...sounds like a condy. They will require decent lighting and stable water chemistry. Most seldom survive long in anything less. They can be direct fed with most meaty type foods...just place the food near them and if they are healthy they will respond.

do you also know of any suppliers in the states that post worldwide? i have emailed the host of this site but unfortunatly they only ship to the us. unfortunate because they have some great stuff at more than reasonable prices and also stuff that i have not seen over here in the uk
