How do I get my anemone to say put?

Hi guys!
I need some help please. I just purchased a small 1-2 inch diameter long tentacle anemone from my lfs. I placed him in the sand bottom near the base of some live rock away from my ricordia...he's doing great however, he seems to be blowing around. I have a powerhead on the other side of the tank towards the top so the water flow isn't strong near the bottom. Is this normal? I know they move around but he seems to be rolling at times...I've tried several times to place him in an area with little flow to no avail. Any help would be awesome because he's my first anemone.

I hear you can scoop out a small hole for it ot place it's foot in. Once it finds a comfortable place to place it's foot then it will stay put.

My anemone blew around for a bit. They like to find their own home and if you keep moving them, he will only continue moving. Basically, I had to move my corals around him, so he wasn't near them. Also, there are some people who say they have anemones that roam forever and never really settle down.
