How do I get rid of Bristle Worms?!

How do I get rid of these things? I just bout the live rock. Should I even get rid of them? Theres one at least 6-8"

If it is that big then yes pull it out but don't use your hand!! if it is a fire worm then you should look into getting a coral banded shrimp but you should of post then in another form just FYI
