how do I keep my mimic and yellow tang from eating wanted plants

I have a mimic and yellow tang and they keep eating plant that I want (not the macro those of you who have seen my pics) how do I stop them.

there is no stopping them unless you keep them apart. since tangs are grazers they will pick and eat what they want in the tank.
