How do I lower my calicum in my reef tank?

Just wondering how I can lower my calcuim in my tank, It is around 540. I dosed it with purple up but since I have tested i have stopped.

stop with the purple up unless you have low Ca. a water change with a lower quality salt mix (IO) will bring down the average Ca in the tank.
