how do i post my pictures???

every time i try to submit my picture it say this
You have attempted to upload an invalid type of attachment. The valid extensions for attachments are: gif jpg png txt zip bmp jpeg
What do i have to do ???:notsure: :help:

i am computer illiterate and my daughter posts my pics for me:notsure:
if you do a search with my name someone explained it so that my daughter could post pics of my tank. look for the ones that say pics of my tank or how to post pictures something like that

first resize them to 500x500 maximum. Then make them jpeg files.
then once thats done, you can type your note here and go below and hit browse and select the file and submit.

I have tried to ATTACH very small pictures, with no success. They never show up. Is there some secret that I am missing? I press the BROWSE button, navigate to the pic on my hard drive, then select the jpg I want to attach. I never get the message that my pic is to big....but it never shows up in the Post Preview.
However, I did manage to figure out how to get an avatar of my top-winning Belgian Tervuren....too cool!!!!
