How do I post pics?

Stupid question # 358, I know. I took a picture of an orange worm that suddenly appeared in my tank after adding new live rock (which went through the curing process et al). There are a bunch of smaller ones, but this one had to be 4 inches long and pretty big. At any rate, I wanted to post a picture of this critter to get some ideas but I'm not sure how to do so. Any suggestions? Thanks

Make the picture under 500 X 500 pixels, and then save it as a .jpg or similar format. If you don't know how to do this, drop another reply.
Is it a large bristleworm? Do a search on it and look at the pictures. If so, it's a good member of the "Cleanup crew".
