How do I treat my percula clown fish for Fin Rot?

He seems to have hat it for a while, but still swims, eats and acts the same as the day I got him. I have a pair of percs in my tank (only fish in there). The other perc, the female has NO SIGNS of fin rot. I am guessing fin rot is when the fins look torn a bit? Because that's what it looks like. He has it only on his tail (slightly) and his two side fins. His back fins are fine. What do I do?

I doubt it is fin rot, sounds more like him and the other clown are going through a sort of 'mating dance' Clownfish will do this to determine dominance. If this is it the fin should heal up after the two settle down and accept their roles...
