Use superglue gel. You can get it at Home Depot
Take both frag and LR out of the water.
Dry the spots.
Dab them with gel.
Marry them.
Let them sit for a minute.
Put them back into the water.

Find an appropriate hole in a huge piece of LR in the tank. Take the Frog out of the tank, dry it, throw a glob of glue where it will contact the rock, give it ten seconds to start setting up, and then quickly jam it into your hole. The glue should cure real quick, but if you are fast, you will get it before it cures. If you don't, just try again. You can do this without taking the rock out. Good luck

Ok, I know nothing about frogspawn.. is it like jelly or is there some sort of a skeleton..? Is the frag going to have a foot or somthnig like that on the bottom to glue?

the polyps (green/cream part) are like jelly kinda. but then it extends from a skeleton. you should glue that part. as it grows and splits, the skeleton will grow out with it.

How do you know what part is a frag? I saw a small piece (not even 1cm) floating around the tank last night. It had 3 of the little green tips on it, but it looks so small I'm not sure I could glue it; it may have been sucked up by the filter already.

You must have the whole head of frogspawn that comes out of the skeleton, should be like a branch with the head on the end.
I never glue frogspawn just stick the skeleton in an appropriate hole and leave it.
