Nothing to worry about. Clear instructions will arrive with your shipment. SWF is great at providing this info for you. If I recall right, they also give you a number to call with any questions. Have fun!!!

you accumulate them by ordering one package after another, until you have collected as many as you desire.
you acclimate or acclimatize them to your tanks water temperature, salinity and general water conditions by following the procedure as mentioned above. Do not short cut this procedure.
Not trying to be a smart ass here, just simply pointing out a spelling error, which can lead to an information error, really :)

No, you don't need to quarantine them. You need to acclimate them to your tank over a period of at least one hour, more if possible.
Invertebrates are very sentitive to changes in salinity, temperature, and pH. You don't want to shock them. So take your time.
Make sure before they arrive that your salinity is at least 1.022 - 1.025. They also don't like low salinity.
Good luck to you.

vince,
Go to the home page on this site.
Click on Unbelievable Package Deals.
Scroll all the way down to the very bottom of the page, and you'll see the Acclimation Procedure.
Click on this Acclimation Procedure.
Read it.
When you receive your package from Saltwaterfish.com you will get a printed hardcopy of this very procedure.
Follow this procedure to the letter, do not short cut the process, and do not drag it out too long. I agree with Amphiprion, it normally takes about an hour if done properly.
You have a 6 day ROCK SOLID GUARANTEE from this site - but you MUST follow the instructions exactly. Very important.
Good luck and I hope you enjoy your new crew
:p Brian :p

Just out of curiosity - why do you guys say to do the procedure for about an hour? In the books I've read they say put the bag in the tank for 10-15 minutes then add some of your water to the bag and let sit another 10 minutes. Then put them in the tank. That's the way I've done it and mine have been fine so far.

I was specifically referring to clean up crews, hermit crabs, emerald crabs, shrimp, snails and brittle stars - not just a single fish. I've read where some people acclimate a fish the way that you described.
When you order a clean up crew from this site, you normally get more than just one specimen. With several bags to contend with, each containing several creatures, if done correctly, and if you follow the directions, it normally takes between 45 to 60 minutes.
Inverts should be acclimated for longer periods in my opinion - especially the snails.
I'm sure it could be done faster, but normally that is how you lose them.
Patience and not cutting corners is a proven way of giving the new animals the very best chance for survival.
