a baffle is what divide parts of your sump and you can use glass or acrilic. and if you cant cut it yourself just go to lowes and they can cut it for you

i would look around for a glass shop and measure the inside of your aquarium and figure out what the sizes of the glass will be and get a quote
i bought 4 pieces of glass that were 1/4" thick glass and was 11 5/8"x11" for 5 dollars each

some people are using pressure locking baffles now so they can move around their baffles till they find a place that suits their needs.
