How do you feed your tank?

Just wondering how people feed their tank/fish and what type of food.
I have formula 1, mysis, brine, bloodworms and homemade food. For the mysis/brine/bloodworms I just that and pour into tank with powerheads on to blow it around and sometime spot feed the polyps. All the rest I thaw and put in into the vegiclip that has the plastic screencage thing and let the fish yank it out.
So what does everyone do? I see LFS just thaw the cube food and break it up and drop it in the tank.

I try to feed a variety. I feed many of the same things that you do, Formula One prime reef flake, Formula One Frozen, bloodworms, occassionally some ground up freeze dried krill. The corals get Kent's microvert and I also dose with DT's phytoplankton. The key is not to over feed. The corals get fed twice a week. The fish, every third day.

My reef gets a home made conconction (made by LFS) that contains bits of various aquatic animals (shrimp, clams, fish, squid, etc) nori and vitamins (zoecon, etc.) He prepares it and freezes it in sheets. I just pinch of some of the frozen, thaw it in water from the tank and let it reach room temp. Come feeding time I mash it up and pour directly into the outflow of a powerhead. The stuff flies everywhere. All the fish get their fill and enough hits, anemone, corals and settles for my scavengers. Only feed every other day.
This has worked for me. No water quality swings, no algea issues (in main tank) and fish stay healthy and are growing.
