How do you frag a coral?

yeah with a plate and brain coral you really have to wait for them to form a new individual. there anret many lps corals that you can frag. however with the shrooms, you can cut them and place them around, just as skilos said above!

It's not difficult, just a few steps:
1) First take it out of the tank
2) Throw it on the floor swiftly
That should do it! Now just glue the pieces on plugs or on your LR. - j/k couldn't resist. :p

I would like to know how to do this so I can grow mushrooms on other rocks: what kind of netting - are there any benifits besides looks of mushrooms for the life of the tank ( water quality ect)
