Very carefully...

The only hosting species of anemone I'd be fully comfortable with is a BTA.

Never had an anemone, thinking about going out and collecting either a sand or red anemone (the only kinds we can get or rather are allowed in Hawaii) for my perculas. Just want to be sure my fish won't be eaten.
While I'm on the subject, I wonder what the lighting requirements are for either? I know reds are found under ledges and such while sand probably need light as they sit exposed on the bottom of Kaneohe Bay. Right now I'm using plain old T8 flourescents for my FOWLR. Would HO T6s surfice in my fixture?

basically you just have to rely on your fish not to be stupid and get caught. if you have enough room for them to swim around and avoid the anemone then you should be fine. But if you tank is too small they might swim into the anemone and get snagged.
Anemones arent the swiftest of creatures so you fish generally should be able to avoid them.

Avoid anemones that are from different oceans than the fish because they sometimes don't recognise them.
