What do CALCIUM DEPOSITS look like??
fshhub Active Member Jan 4, 2002 #2 although i have not seen them in my aquariums, i have seen it in othere industries, and it looks like a hard white scale build up(or coating); unlike salt, it does not just wipe off, iam assuming that it will appear to be about the same HTH

trigahappynigerog Member Jan 5, 2002 #3 they are white usually at the water line of fresh and salt aquariums. they can be removed with some elbow grease and hot water..
