How do you post pics and resize them?

How do you resize pics and how do you post them?:help:

you can use paint to resize them, just go to image and than stretch /skew and make sure you get it under 500x500. i belive thats how small they got to be and than on here hit attach file and brows through your pc and select it

I use photo studio 5 to resize mine, came with my G-5 software.
F2 resize and rename or not and away we go.
