How do you post pictures?

I try to post the pictures from my digital cam. but I can because it says the resolution has to be 500x500. What should I do?

Go into the photo editing software on your computer and make the pictures smaller. I cant tell you how to exactly do it because I dont know what software you have. Afterwards you will be able to post pics on here.
