how do you stabilize your live rock

Hello all:
I've tried using garf reef glue (which by the way was absolute crap) It wouldn't bond together and what's worse my zenia shriveled away to nothing a few days after using the product.
Anyhow I was wondering how to keep newly purchased live rock stable in my tank. My urchin has a bad habit of pushing things over that get in his way. Anyone have a suggestion?

i just stacked them and push on em, they stay then i leave them, if they fall i try moving them around until they are stable..
ive heard of pvc piping and zip ties
