Any raw marine food is sufficient.
Common types are, shrimp, clams, silversides, mysis shrimp. Anemones get most of what they need from good water quality and LIGHT!! the correct type is very important. Feeding occasionally is a good idea but its not necessary to do multiple times a week. My recommendation is, choose a food type chop it up into very small pieces, minced even. You can administer the food out of a turkey baster type utensil. Squirt the food into the anemones tenticles, it should pull the food in with its tenticles and chow down. Thats pretty much all there is to it. Once every week IMO is sufficient to feed your anemone providing all your tank parameters are good for it. However my anemone has gone months with out direct feedings, it gathers food from the water column when I feed my fish and corals. HTH good luck.
