How does an anemone move?

if an anemone doesn't like where it is in a tank how and when does it move itself?

It will "walk" on its foot when it is unhappy abou the water current and lighting it is getting.
BTW, it is not necessary to post the exact same question in two places.

When I first got mine, I saw it contract quickly which would squirt water out of it causing it to shoot up in the water and float. Then the currents would carry it along until it found the spot. Then when it was happy it would inflate and sink down to where it could attach itself to something.
