How does my anemone look?

Hi, I have had this anemone for over a week now and i wanted to see if you guys think it looks healthy. It has changed its appearance alot since i first got it. The first pic is the day i got it and the second is from right now...

What kind of lighting do you have and what are your water parameters?

I have 285 watts of VHO lighting.
PH 8.2
Nitrite- Less than .05
Nitrate-10
Ammonia- 0

Looks ok, color is not even throughout though, 285VHO over what size tank?
How about calcium and alkalinity?

285 watts VHO over 50 gallons. I do not hav a Calcium test but alk was 1.6 Mills per liter
