how fast to drip kalkwasser

How fast do you want to drip kalkwasser? I have kalkwasser calcinex by aquatronics and it tells me to use 2 tsp per gallon of r/o water to be used to fill evaporational loses. I made a drip system and it drips one drop every 6-8 sec. It goes through about 1 pint of water every 10-12 hrs. last night i lost ground on evaporation. If I increase it will it be to fast? My water temp hold a constant 80 degrees.

I drip mine at about 1 drop every second to two seconds with no apparent adverse effects. I also drip it right in front of one of my circulation pumps so it is dispersed immediately

that would be o.k. thats about what I do.... and it goes into the tank by a power head to disolve and spread it out.....
