How is this for a Clean up Crew?

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this is good set up for a clean up crew for my 100g fowlr tank:
10 blue hermit crabs
20 scralet hermit crabs
20 astria snails
2 peppermint shrimp
5 emerald crabs
1 cleaner shrimp
Any other suggestions would be great.

I would go with all scarlet hermits, if I were you. Blues tend to be more aggressive and may kill your other crabs/snails for their shells. Other than that, your choice of crew looks ok to me... you could probably even add a few more. You might also consider a fighting conch or two.
EDIT: However, I do not recommend adding your entire cleaning crew at once... particularly if this is a newly established tank.

Looks good, however the hermits will probably fight. As far as snails, I would get some nassarus snails if you have a DSB, if not, try getting some mexican trochus snails, they clean really good. Try and get more than 20 snails for the simple fact that the hermits will probably kill some of them.
