How long do I wait?

I just carried a sample of water to my LFS. Everything tested great. I purchased 2 Turbo Snails, 2 Hermit Crabs, 1 Royal Gamma and a Pink Tipped Anemone. Oh, I also added 3 lbs of LR to my existing 65lbs.(mine wasnt showing any signs of life) How long should I wait before adding any more coral, anemones and fish. Also, what should I add to complete my cleaning crew? I have a 44 gallon corner tank, Sea Clone 150 skimmer and a Flugal 300 filter with a 20" Coralight light. Oh, and while I have you guys attention, where is the best place to purchase lunar lights? I want to be able to watch the tank at night.

You should wait at least a couple of weeks. Also, your tank is way too young for an anemone (I assume it's a new tank but you didn't say).

Some fish stores are known for telling half truths to get you to make a purchase. I think it would be in your best interest to get your own test kit. I wait about 3 weeks after I introduce something in my tank before I add anything else.
