How long does it take for corline algae to start growing?

My lighs kicked the bucket and I just replace them (PC 50/50) How long will it take for the goodies like corline algae and feather dusters to start coming back?

depends on you cal. and you can always introduce it. get some coraline shavings and put it in your tank.

If I get may cal up enough how long will it take before I may start seeing it grow?
And with the lights being out will it even start growing at all?

do take cal higher then 500ppm. just get some coraline shavings and thats it

a couple of weeks...when the coraline algea at the top of my tank dies after deing exposed to air and light it returns within a week or 2..
