How long to qt new live rock?

I had Ich 9 months ago and never want to see it again!!!!! I am taking no chances with fish or anything wet lol It's not the same as fish right? 6 weeks?

If you get your live rock locally, check with your store to see how they are keeping their live rock tank. Does it share filters/water with fish tanks, etc.
Two weeks QT should be fine. 3 weeks for fish.
