How long until I can add anemones?

my tank has been up and running for a little over 4 months now. I have 2 clowns in the tank now, is it safe to add an anemone yet?

I have an orbit 36" 4X96w light. I was also trying to find out if this light would be good enough for Reef tank? or do I need to upgrade... and if so what would be a good lighting system to upgrade to? I have a 70 gallon tank with 30 gallon sump/refugium. tank dimensions are 36X18X24. thanks for the help.
