How long will Jet Lag be?

Just got my Radiant Wrasse, and it only comes out at night, close to the end of my schedule for lighting. I think he's from Africa straight away, does anyone know how long it takes him to adjust to the schedule of the day? Or do wrasses once fully acclimatized stay out all day like other fish? I thought he was dead for the first few days, but he's just sleeping in the sand.

It is more likely stress. It can take quite a while for the fish to settle in. I assume you didn’t quarantine. Quarantine would be a time to watch for disease as well as make sure it settles in and is eating before he is put into the display tank with everybody else.
