If it was just taken down and you didn't add any new, uncured liverock it shouldn't cycle at all.

Hey Wax should I spike ( adda pice of dead shpimp) to the tank or just let it be for a another week or two then add my fish. I have a 90 & 125 up now that I would like to put everything in to the 240
so I just have take care of one tank :)

You shouldn't need to spike it. I'd let it run for a week and then start adding your fish, starting with the least aggressive and working my way up.

In a 240 you can use a lot. I would add a few at a time, until you reach a point where they keep the tank pretty clean and not die of starvation.
To start:
two dozen Astraea
two dozen Nassarius
two dozen mixed hermits of your choice: don't believe the hype they won't eat your snails if they aren't starving and you have some spare shells
a few emerald crabs
Once it is up and running and staring to get dirty you can add some bigger snails like Turbo
and Trochus
.
Don't go too crazy at once, you don't want starving snails and hermits.

I don't consider shrimp to be cleaners, but you can certainly add a few fire or skunk cleaner shrimp.

Hey sounds like Wax has given you good advice. I asked him when I started up my 220.
You are probably gonna end up with about the same as I have:
24 Astrea Snails
24 Nassiscus Snails
12 Super Tongan Snails
24 cerith snails
24 Turbo snails
24 Trochus snails
36 Scarlet red reef hermits
36 Dwarf Zebra hermits
Like Wax told ya though don't add them all at once. Spread it out over a month or so.
And don't think you have to feed them anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't count in your feeding schedule. Let them scavage the way they should and eat your unwanted algae.
Good luck; and by the way what kind of lighting are you going to be running?
