How Long?

Before i get a response from SWF.com, I sent my letter with all of my dead specimens i ordered from them about a week ago and still havent gotten a response, my question is how long will it take to get one?

Honestly I can't remember, but it wasn't very long. I didn't think they forgot about me or didn't recieve it. I did send it registered. Don't remember if that was in their instructions or I just did it on my own. Did you send them your email address? Do everything they said to do? Give it a few more days, if no response try the contact button to the right. HTH. What didn't make it, if you don't mind mentioning?

Yes included my email did everything they said
things that didnt make it
scarlet hermit
perc clown (body was eaten by my serpent though)
and was missing one pep shrimp from the group of 5

i got a reply they will give the perc clown and the scarlet hermit, but i recieve nothing about the missing peppermint shrimp -_-
