When the cycle is done.. Meaning no nitrites/ammonia. You should be able to add the clowns. Just be sure your water quality is good for a few days and go to town. Adding two fish shouldnt be bad, but be wary about adding more than that in a short period of time. I would add a fish a week until you are satisfied, not sooner..

sg, depends 1.018on the low if no inverts, 1.028 as the high, I kept mine at 1.024
ph. I like like 8.2
I don't know about the others
Normally, do a water change after the cycle and test the water. If every is good, wait a week, test again, if all good add your fish.
