How long do I wait to put damselsin mytank after I set up???? Then how long should I wait to put a Lionfish in???
With a Lionfish and Porc in what inverts can be put in????Snails???

you can put damsels right after you set it up..you can put a lion in after the tank has cycled. NO snail with a puffer unless you are feeding them to the porc.

I still woulnt put damsels in the first day or two. you shouldnt have to wait longer than a well though just make sure everything is pretty steady like temp. Just be careful as some damsels are still harder to keep than others even though they are all pretty easy to keep.

Another option to using live fish to cycle your tank is to use a piece of raw shrimp that you can buy from the grocery store. Just toss it in the tank. Not only do you spare a poor fish from the stress of cycling, but you won't have to catch them when you are done!

raw shrimp will work too. but you can add damsels in right away. some usually die because of stress but they are cheap and extremly hardy. you can also have some fish too look at while your tank is cycling instead of watching the ls, lr, and dead shrimp. choose damsels you like because they are difficult to catch.
