How long do you have to leave your tank empty of fish to let ich run it's life cycle and die? I've seen on this board that someone said 3 weeks but I've read other places that say 6 weeks. My lfs guy says two months. I've had my tank empty a month now and I want to make darn sure that all ich is dead before bringing my fish back in. Am I totally safe waiting just a month? Thanks for helping with the confusion.
