Trying to read about angel fish (my tank been established 6 months now), have some soft coral, chalice, acro, macro algea plants, and 2 BTA and 1 flower rock nem. 4 fish in the tank (2 clarkii, fire goby, and a blue reef chromis). How many dwarf angels could I add? some places say 1, some say 2, some say nothing at all. I know they are reef w/ caution. Thinking of adding a hawiian fire angel, and potter angel?
Good? Bad?
Thanks
Frank

I'm sure most places/people will tell you one. I've seen lists that say large Angels are fine with dwarf but not with other large and dwarf are not compatible with other dwarfs, I personally only have 1 Coral Beauty and that is it. With that said, there are places/people that say that no more than one Tang because they will fight. I have 3 Tangs and they get along fine. When I bought them though I had a bailout plan ready in case they didn't get along. I know Tangs and Angels are Apples and Oranges but who knows, you MIGHT be able to get 2 that will be compatible. Personally though, I would stick with one.

I agree.. one small one large.. and again even trying one your taking a chance with your corals and inverts...
What about a Genicanthus type? maybe a Singapore, lamarcks, or watanabei???
