how many fish can be in a 20 tall

i have a 20 tall with a powerhead and undergovel fiter and pegun biofilter and live sand and air stone that stick on the glass and live rock i getting and i getting damels and goby and blennies and clownfish that its would that be good for 20 tall or to much

You could probably get away with 1 damsel, 1 goby or blenny, and 1 clown. Of course a lot of this depends on your system. If you have built up a real good bacteria community, you may very well be able to handle more than that. If your tank is still relatively new, then you probably won't want to try more than 2 or 3 fish.
With an undergravel filter and a bio wheel... watch your nitrates. Overfeeding will be a huge issue for you... be very careful with it.
